构建和谐医患关系的对策分析——以HD医院为例.pdfVIP

摘 要 摘 要 近几年来，我国的医患关系日趋紧张，医患纠纷已成为社会关注的焦点，是一个 非常复杂的社会问题。一方面病人投诉、打伤甚至杀死医护人员的事件经常发生，另 一方面医护人员也对当前的医患关系多有恐慌。医院主管部门和相关医务人员为处理 病人投诉和医疗纠纷，要耗费大量的时间和精力。医患关系紧张不仅严重干扰了医疗 单位的正常工作秩序，加重了医疗管理部门的工作量和医务人员的心理压力，降低了 医疗单位和医务人员在社会上的声誉形象，也影响到和谐社会的构建。构建和谐的医 患关系，维护正常的医疗服务秩序，成为全社会共同关注的一项严峻的课题。因此， 对医患关系进行调研和分析原因，不断完善防范措施，寻找改善医患关系的对策，对 今后医院的管理工作起到指导和促进作用是非常必要的。本文通过查阅文献资料、调 查问卷、专家访谈等方式，以HD医院为例对当前医患关系现状进行了问卷调查，分析 导致医患关系紧张的原因，从而有针对性地找出改善医患关系的方法和措施。 关键词 医患关系 现状 影响因素 改进措施 I Abstract Abstract In recent years, Chinas increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship, medical disputes have become the focus of social attention, is a very complex social problem.
