左氧氟沙星新三联疗法结合健康教育治疗社区中老年幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎效果 　　[摘要]目的 研究左氧氟沙星新三联疗法结合健康教育治疗社区中老年幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果。方法 ?x择2015年8月～2016年8月于我院收治的中老年幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎196例，按照患者就诊ID号奇、偶数区别分为观察组（98例）与对照组（98例）。对照组患者予以标准三联疗法治疗，观察组患者予以新三联疗法治疗结合健康教育。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、Hp根除率、患者健康行为认知评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率以及Hp根除率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 左氧氟沙星新三联疗法结合健康教育治疗社区中老年幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果显著，安全可行，有助于提高患者的健康行为认知能力，具有较高的临床推广价值 [关键词]左氧氟沙星；三联疗法；幽门螺杆菌；慢性萎缩性胃炎；健康教育 [中图分类号] R573.3+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（b）-0034-03 Effect of the new triple therapy of Evofloxacin combined with health education treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp-positive for quinquagenarian in community CHEN Qin-ming LIN Shao-bin HUANG Li-hui YU lian CHEN Wei-ping CHEN Hai-bin Department of Gastroenterology，People′s hospital of Puning City in Guangdong Province，Puning 515300，China [Abstract]Objective To study the triple therapy of Evofloxacin combined with health education treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp-positive for quinquagenarian in community.Methods 196 quinquagenarian patients with hronic atrophic gastritis with Hp-positive treated by our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were chosed and they were divided into observation group （n=98） and control group （n=98） according to of ID number.The control group was treated by standard triple therapy，while the observation group was treated by new triple therapy of Evofloxacin combined with health education.Clinical therapeutic effect，Hp eradication rate，healthy behavioral cognitive score and incidence rate of adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment and Hp eradication rate in observation group were higher than those of control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The new triple therapy of Evofloxacin combined with health education treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp-positive for quinquagenarian in community has a obvious effect，and it is safe and feasible，which can help to improve the ability of healthy be
