The pursuit of happiness is the eternal theme of human life and a powerful driving force for social development. The concept of happiness is the system of outlook on life, the understanding of happiness in life, the systematic concept of what people are about happiness and how to pursue happiness. Research and practice of the concept of happiness of college students, is for college students in the transitional period of the concept of happiness of college students, to explore how Marxs view of happiness education, and guide them to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values. The correct analysis of the characteristics of contemporary college students is the premise of Ideological and political work, and also an important subject of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities. To this end, we conducted a research on college students, through the questionnaire way, through the anonymous way to answer, two I Jilin University School of administration, School of Electronic Science and Engineering College as the experimental base, 400 university students were investigated, 375 valid questionnaires, effective rate was 93.7%, male 269 people, 106 girls: 181 arts, science 194.
