The purposes of this unit are to learn about school life in the UK, to identify the differences between school life in the UK and in China, to enlarge the vocabulary about school facilities, and to recognize attributive clauses, including designing a poster for a new school club. In Welcome to the unit, the students will be presented with four different aspects of school life in the UK and are asked to compare the differences between high schools in the UK and in China.
