耐多药肺结核患者营养风险状况及其相关因素分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨耐多药肺结核患者的营养风险状况及其相关因素。方法 收集2013年1月～2015年12月在我院治疗的肺结核患者，采用问卷调查方式，以营养风险筛查（NRS2002）量表评价耐多药肺结核患者营养风险状况。收集患者的一般资料和临床症状、年龄、发病时间、疲乏状况、失眠、抑郁、合并症、社会支持等资料，进行统计学分析。结果 本研究耐多药肺结核患者的营养风险得分为（3.53±1.50）分，其中NRS2002≥3分者112例，占79.4%。耐多药肺结核患者的年龄、临床症状、发病时间、合并症状况、失眠和抑郁是影响营养风险状况的相关因素。结论 耐多药肺结核患者整体上均具有营养风险，应密切关注该类人群的营养风险状况。影响耐多药肺结核患者营养风险的因素主要有年龄、临床症状、发病时间、合并症状况、失眠和抑郁，制订针对性的干预措施将有助于降低营养风险的发生 [关键词]耐多药肺结核；营养风险；相关因素；营养风险筛查量表 [中图分类号] R521 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（b）-0149-04 Nutritional risk status and related factors analysis for multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients SUN Yu-ting ZHAO Ying-hua Center for Integrated Disease Control and Prevention of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，Hohhot 010080，China [Abstract]Objective To investigate the nutritional risk status and related factors for multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis （MDR-TB） patients.Methods TB patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were collected and involved in questionnaire survey to make an assessment of the nutritional risk status for MDR-TB patients by using the nutritional risk screening scale （NRS2002）.The data were collected from patients and statistically analyzed，included general information，clinical symptoms，age，onset time，fatigue，insomnia，depression，comorbidity and social support.Results In this study，the average nutritional risk score of MDR-TB patients was （3.53±1.50） points，among which patients with NRS2002 greater than or equal to 3 points accounted for 79.4%.The age，clinical symptoms，onset time，comorbidity，insomnia and depression were the related factors influencing the nutritional risk status for MDR-TB patients.Conclusion For MDR-TB patients who have nutritional risks in general，close attentions should be paid to their nutritional status.The nutritional risk factors of MDR-TB patients include age，clinical symptoms，onset time，comorbidity，insomnia and depression.Formulation of specific intervention measu
