江西省一起输入性 小反刍兽疫疫情的暴发调查 黄烨祯 （江西省动物疫病预防控制中心，江西南昌　330029 ） 摘　要 ：2015 年8 月18 日，江西省发生一起疑似小反刍兽疫疫情。为了解此次疫情暴发的主要原因，分析疫 点向外传播疫病的风险，紧急开展了流行病学调查工作。首先建立病例定义，采集样本进行检测；然后采用座谈、 实地调查和问卷等方式进行调查。经实验室检测，此次暴发确诊为小反刍兽疫疫情，袭击率为100% （148/148）， 病死率为85% （126/148）。调查认为，本次疫情主要来源于病羊的购买、混群与跨省运输，人员和车辆的流动 引起了一定的疫情扩散。按照 《小反刍兽疫防治技术规范》要求，对养殖场进行了处置，并对全县养羊场户进 行了疫情排查，未发现其它疫点。调查结果提示，应规范产地检疫，严格活畜调运监管，严厉打击非法调运， 连续监测当地养羊场。 关键词：山羊；小反刍兽疫；暴发调查 ；输入性 中图分类号：S851.3+3　　文献标识码 ：B　　文章编号 ：1005-944X （2017 ）02-0011-04 DOI ：10.3969/j.issn.1005-944X.2017.02.004 Investigation on an Introduced PPR Outbreak in Jiangxi Province Huang Yezhen （Jiangxi Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center ，Nanchang ，Jiangxi　330029 ） Abstract ：On August 18，2015 ，an outbreak of suspected PPR was reported in Jiangxi province. In order to recognize the main causes and analyze the risk of disease transmission from epidemic focus ，an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out. The establishment of case definition and collection of the samples for detection were done first. Then by approaches of discussion，field survey and questionnaire，the investigation was launched. Based on results of laboratory detection ，the cause of the outbreak was confirmed as PPR ，of which the attack rate was 100% （148/148）and the mortality was 85% （126/148）. According to the investigation，the epidemic were mainly due to the purchase and flock mixing of the diseased goats ，as well as their trans-provincial transportation. And the flow of people and vehicles resulted in the transmission of the disease in some degree.
