Psychological counseling management of new employees

New employees enter the company, generally need to undergo a period of training, trial. During this period, because new employees and enterprises are familiar with each other, running in and adapting to the process, they are more or less faced with many problems and confusion. If the psychological confusion can not be solved in a timely and effective manner, it will not only prolong the time for adaptation, but also improve the skills and performance. Moreover, even if the skills are better trained, if there are still psychological problems, employees are likely to change jobs. This is a direct result of the previous efforts to cast to the wind the wedding dress for others to do business . Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to conduct psychological counseling during the probation period.
Confusion faced by new employees
What puzzles will the new employees face during the probation period? Generally speaking, there are five kinds:
First, will it be accepted by the community? Everyone in a strange environment, there will be such confusion, whether or not they will be accepted by this group? Whether or not colleagues are friendly and have a good working environment is one of the most troubling issues for most new employees, especially those who have just stepped out of the campus without work experience. In reality, a lot of people change jobs because they cant get along with their colleagues.
