Lude
Do a quiz game, move faster! When you see the word -lude, do you immediately think of a list of words related to it? Oh! Prelude, interlude and postlude? Good. Then Ill ask again. What does root -lude mean?
First, Prelude (Prelude Prologue), interlude (interval) and postlude (coda) this three word origin.
The word Interlude first appeared in Fourteenth Century, which staged activities in a large batch or humorous skit show; by seventeenth Century it is used to refer to the middle of the drama and performance of batch or rest; in eighteenth Century, interlude began the middle of intermittent refers to any activity.
