吴淞口抢捞“中昌118”轮工程 Salvage “ZHongCHang 118” as quickly as possible at WuSong mouth 上海打捞局 SHANGHAI SALVAGE COMPANY 摘要: 2007年12月20日,在吴淞口宝山水道水域发生撞船事故,载有4万多吨铁放砂的“中昌118”轮被撞沉没。对通航产生影响,上海打捞局承担本次任务,采用传统的浮筒打捞工艺,通过机舱封舱抽水,结合先进的非开挖技术攻穿船底千斤,仅用28天就将长江口内最大沉船整体打捞成功。 Summary: 20/12/2007, the vessel “zhongchang 118” sunk with more than 40000T iron mineral in the collision at wusong mouth .For fear of affecting navigation, Shanghai salvage company was appointed to salvage “zhongchang 118”.It is the largest whole salvage engineering through sealing the machine room to bump water, trenchless technologies for refloating wire under the bottom of the vessel and using pontoon within Yangzi river mouth in 28 days . 沉船概况 Summary of the sinker 舟山中昌海运有限责任公司所属“中昌118”轮,2007年12月20日21时左右由马迹山驶往宝钢途中,在吴淞口66号灯浮附近与中海货运“福州”轮发生碰撞,使“中昌118”轮第4、第5货舱右舷严重破损进水后坐沉。本航次装载铁矿砂41046T(比重2.0T/M3)。该轮共有5只货舱,总长185.8M*型宽30.4M*型深16.2M,总吨:25905T,净吨:13655T,空船重量:8207T,空船吃水:2.026M,主机柴油机9680匹,航速14节。难船沉没位置海图水深16.5M;最大流速4.5节左右;江底泥质为灰质粘土;水下能见度为零。 “ZHONGCHANG 118” belongs to ZHouSHan zhongchang shipipng company, 20/12/2007 about 2100 , which collided with “fuzhou” around floating light 66 at wusong mouth. The starboard of “zhongchang118” at NO4 and NO5 Hold damaged , the water entered the holds then the vessel sunk. It was loading 41046T iron material(density 2.0T/M3). It has 5 holds,L*B*D=185.8M*30.4M*16.2M, gross ton 25905T, net ton 13655T ,light ton 8207T, main diesel engine 9680 HP. On the spot: depth of water is 16.5m on the chart, max velocity of water is 4.5 knots, adobe soil in the riverbed , visibility is zero under the water. 施工具体位置:31°25′.032N/121°30′.478E,难船艏向228°,受涨、落潮急流冲击,艏向左右摆动有15-20°范围。难船第1、第2仓未进水,第3仓有少量进水,第4、第5仓和机舱均已进水坐底。 Working location: 31°25′.032N/121°30′.478E, heading of the sinker 228°, impacted by low and high tide ,heading of the sinker varied in the range of 15-20 °.
