Thephotoelectricrotatingspeedsensorisdrivenandtestedbytheinstrument. Thedriveandtestofthephotoelectricrotatingspeedsensorarcimplemented. Thehardwaredesignofdriveandtestcircusitmoduleintestingandcontrollinginstrumentareintroduced, andthesoftwaredesignisalsopresentedbydriveandtestcircuitproceduresofstepmotor.
