In education we are utilitarian education process is one of the most severe, and the most urgent problem to solve. The main performance is the intellectual education and moral education, adult talent light and heavy result light process. By returning education to nature, remodeling the value orientation of education, returning education to “educating people”, this paper attempts to seek the solution path from the reconstruction of the value, practice correct, institutional change and cultural orientation.
