I. General Situation of supply and demand From the first quarter, although the economy has picked up, a large number of employees have been recruited both inside and outside the province and the city, but from the current situation of employers and job seekers. The supply and demand of labor market in our city remain more than the number of job seekers. The number of job requirements in the quarter was 17629, and the number of applicants was 2027, and the asking rate was 8.7. Compared with the previous quarter, the number of job demand in the quarter increased by 11825, an increase of 203.74%; from the number of job seekers, this quarter increased by 688 people over the previous quarter. Compared with the same period last year, the number of job requirements increased by 9507, an increase of 117.05%, the number of job seekers increased by 990, an increase of 95.46%.
