220th水冷方形分离器循环流化床锅炉的设计及运行 Design and operation of 220t/h water-cooled square separator circulating fluidized bed boiler Abstract: Based on 75t/h 130t/ and dozens of successful operation of the circulating fluidized bed, circulating fluidized bed boiler is developed using 220t/h water-cooled square separator, by the end of 2001 in Shandong Weihai power plant put into commercial operation. This is one of the largest circulating fluidized bed boilers with Chinese technology. The operation of the furnace is introduced in this paper. Because of the characteristics of the water-cooled square separator and the full film wall structure, the boiler starts quickly and the ash temperature drops slightly, and so on. The particle size distribution and combustion of fly ash, circulating ash and slag is similar to coal equivalent diameter round cyclone of CFB boiler is very similar. The combustion efficiency is ideal, and the pollutant discharge meets the national standard requirements. Its fuel adaptability, load change rate, especially reliability is very superior.
