PID控制器
In the process of industrial production, process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rate and level of liquid are often maintained at a certain value, or changed according to certain rules to meet the requirements of the production process. The PID controller is based on the PID control principle to adjust the deviation of the whole control system, so that the actual value of the controlled variable is consistent with the predetermined value of the process requirements. Different control rules are applicable to different production processes, and the corresponding control law must be reasonably chosen. Otherwise, the PID controller will not achieve the desired control effect.
Basic survey
The PID controller (Proportion Integration Differentiation. proportional integral differential controller) consists of the proportional unit P, the integrating unit I and the differential element D. Set the three parameters through Kp, Ki, and Kd. The PID controller is mainly applicable to systems with essentially linear and dynamic characteristics that do not change over time.
The PID controller is a common feedback loop component used in industrial control applications. The controller compares the collected data and a reference value, then this difference is used to calculate the new input value, the new input value is to let the system data can reach or maintain at the reference value. Unlike other simple control operations, the PID controller can adjust input values based on historical data and differential occurrence rates, which makes the system more accurate and more stable. It can be proved by mathematical method that a PID feedback loop can keep the system stable when other control methods cause the system to have stable error or the process is repeated.
