开机后速阅读 With the aging of society, femoral intertrochanteric fracture is common, Department of orthopedics trauma, mostly caused by trauma. With the increase of age, bone density decreased, increased bone fragility, prone to fracture in slightly under the action of external force; and the physiological function of the elderly visceral organs lead to recession, reserve capacity and the compensation function is low, many medical diseases before fracture with different degrees, so easy to cause a variety of complications during treatment. In the treatment of fracture, we should pay close attention to prevent the occurrence and development of complications. The operation methods of small trauma, fixed fixation and short operation time should be adopted. Early and correct functional exercises can effectively reduce the complications such as hypostatic pneumonia, bedsore, and venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Since 1992, Gamma nail treatment of intertrochanteric fractures has been promoted in China because of its many advantages [1]. The third generation Gamma nail fixation was performed on the fracture (especially Evans, III and IV) in 1~12 months in 2006.
