中医杂志2007年第 48卷第12期 Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine，2007，Vo1．48，No．12 中医阳虚质相关影响因素的研究 朱燕波 王 琦 姚实林 (1．北京中医药大学管理学院，基础医学院，北京市朝阳区北三环东路11号．100029；2．安徽中医学院) [摘 要] 目的 探索中医阳虚质的主要相关影响因素。 方法 以我国东西南北中5个地域的自然人群和体检中心l5岁以上、 获得知情同意的2 230人为调查对象(包括健康者和患者)实施横断面现场调查。采用标准化的中医体质量表测评阳虚质得分，应用 单因素分析和多元逐步回归分析法分析主要影响因素。 结果 根据多元逐步回归分析人选了7个因素，按影响程度大小依次是： 患有慢性疾病、女性、不喜运动、喜热饮食、体型偏瘦、喜清淡饮食、出生后非母乳喂养。结论 疾病因素、性别差异、运动习惯、饮食 因素、体型因素是阳虚质的主要相关影响因素。 [关键词] 阳虚质；中医体质量表；多元逐步回归分析，影响因素 Study on the Related Influencing Factors of Yang—deficiency Constitution in Chinese Medicine ZHU Yan-bo ，WANG Qi ，YAO Shi—hn (1．Beijing University of Chinese Medicine，Beijing 100029；2．Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) ABSTRACT Objective To explore the major related influencing factors of Yang—deficiency constitution in Chinese medicine．Meth— ods The 2，230 healthy people and patients above the age of 1 5 were．selected from the communities and medical examination center of the five areas，i．e．east，west，south，north and central areas of China to conduct a cross—section investigation，A written informed con— sent was obtained from each participant．The standard Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire(CCMQ)was adopted to deter— mine the scores of Yang—deficiency constitution and the single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were employed to analyze major influencing factors．Results Seven influencing factors entered into the regression equation by multiple stepwise regres— sion analysis，they were in an order as，from—more—to—less in influencing degree，chronic disease，female，no exercise habit，preferring hot drinks and food，slim body build，on bland diet，and not breast feeding after born．Conclusion Diseases，sex，exercise habits， diet and body build are the major influential factors of the Yang—deficiency constitution in Chinese medicine． Key Words Yang—deficiency constitution；Constitution in Chinese Med
