本科毕业设计（论文） 题目 基于流程管理的企业文化 建设研究 学生姓名 学　号 教学院系 经济管理学院 专业年级 工商管理2008级 指导教师 职　称 教授 单　　位 经济管理学院 完成日期 2012 年 6 月 5 日 Southwest Petroleum University Graduation Thesis Study on the construction of corporate culture based on business process management Grade: 2008 Name: Speciality: Business administration Instructor: School of Economics Management 2012-6 摘要 企业文化是推动行业和企业发展的强大精神支柱和动力源泉。近年来，企业管理者对企业文化作用给予了厚望，但由于企业文化建设的理论水平发展滞后，加之企业文化建设落地较难，使企业文化建设往往半途而废，不了了之。理论研究者缺少实践经验，提出的企业文化研究理论往往与实践脱节，不能很好的指导实践；企业家缺少理论，在困惑中摸索，造成企业文化建设的肤浅与无效。 基于此，本文是在对国内外企业流程管理研究基础上，提出企业文化一定要通过具体业务流程来总结、贯彻和升华。并通过改变传统企业文化建设理论，根据企业管理的实际内容，提出新的基于流程管理的企业文化建设理论和实践路线。 本文从企业核心价值观、企业制度文化、企业行为文化、企业物质文化四个层次阐述了基于流程管理的企业文化建设过程和建设方法，为企业文化的研究提供新的思路。 综上所述，本文力求形成一套较为完整，涉及企业文化建设的理论、操作、固化、改进与发展的实施体系，并以此揭开了企业文化建设的神秘面纱，促进企业文化在企业中落地、生根、发芽、茁壮成长。 关键词：企业文化；流程管理；建设方法；建设过程 Abstract Corporate culture is powerful spiritual pillar and power source. to promote the development of industry and enterprise. In recent years, although enterprise managers have had great expectations for the function of corporate culture, because of the underdevelopment of corporate culture construction theory level, together with corporate culture construction working hardly, making the corporate culture construction often stop halfway and come to nothing. The entrepreneur lacks the theory, tried to find out a way out of confusions, which made the enterprise culture construction superficial and being invalid. In this case, this dissertation based on the domestic and foreign business process management, it proposed that the corporate culture must needs certainly summarizing, implementation and the sublimation through the concrete business management link. While giving up the tradition preaches-like corporate culture construction theory, according to business management’s actual content, this dissertation proposes new construction theory and practice route which based on the processing management corporate culture.
