摘 要 资源开始稀缺，很多不可再生资源濒临枯竭，可用资源使用日益昂贵，以及各国环保 立法力度的加大和人们环保意识的增强等因素的影响，逆向物流急需被予以高度重视。我 国的逆向物流业目前还处在摸索之中，政府缺乏对企业逆向物流有效的监督管理机制，企 业自身也缺乏自律机制；其次专业化技术水平较低，信息不对称等诸多因素导致企业和公 众对逆向物流兴趣不大、实施困难。在这样的情况下，政府如何采取措施对企业进行正确 地引导，使社会和企业双赢将成为中国现代逆向物流发展的主要问题。本文针对我国逆向 物流的实施现状，引入生产者责任延伸制，并运用博弈理论综合研究了政府如何有效管理 企业实行逆向物流，企业如何应对政府的相关政策高效地实施逆向物流。 关键词：逆向物流；生产者责任延伸制；有效管理；博弈分析；回收体系 - I - Abstract Start the scarcity of resources, many non-renewable resources near depletion, the increasing use of expensive resources available, as well as increasing the degree of national environmental legislation and increased awareness of environmental protection and other factors, reverse logistics need to be highly valued.
