Studies on the Elevator remote monitoring system A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Mu Wei Supervisor：Associate-Prof. Wang Haiying Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 、 、 摘 要 随着现代化城市的高速发展，城市的高层建筑不断涌现，电梯作为载人垂直运输工 具，它的安全性直接关系到人的人身安全。因此保证电梯的可靠运行、及时发现故障和 对故障的检修是关系到提高物业管理水平和电梯监控技术水平的关键所在。 本文首先对当前主要的几种电梯远程监控系统的工作原理及实现方式进行了分析 和比较，在电梯远程监控系统的需求分析和设计原则的基础上，结合物联网的概念和特 点，设计了一种基于物联网的电梯远程监控系统；其次，对于电梯远程监控系统的硬件 进行设计，主要包括信号分析、传感器的选择布置、数据采集模块以及通信模块的设计； 最后，开发了电梯远程监控系统的管理软件，重点说明了物业用户功能模块和维保单位 功能模块的设计。 基于物联网的电梯远程监控系统实现了电梯运行数据的远程监测、电梯故障诊断和 故障报警，能为电梯的安全运行提供可靠保障。本文的研究成果也可为其他同类电梯远 程监控系统提供借鉴，具有一定的理论意义。 关键词：电梯、远程监控、物联网、管理系统、故障诊断 i ABSTRACT With the rapid development of modern cities, more and more tall buildings were built. As a type of vertical transport, the elevator is widely used in these high-rise buildings. Elevators security is directly related to the safety of human life. Thus ensuring reliable operation of the elevator, the timely detection of faults and fault repair is related to the key to improve the level of property management and elevator monitoring technical level. In this paper, Firstly, the working principle and implementation of several elevator remote monitoring system are analyzed and compared . On the basis of the elevator remote monitoring system requirements analysis and design principles, combined with the concept of things and characteristics, the elevator remote monitoring system was designed. It is based on Internet of Things.
