摘 要 随着现代社会发展和生活水平的提高，旅游业的发展也越来越受到人们的重 视，旅游业己经成为很多国家和地区的支柱产业。近些年来，甘肃省旅游业的发 展速度明显加快，旅游收入也不断增加。但是，旅游产业的发展，仅靠旅游产业 在规模上的扩张是不能实现高效益高速度的，还必须同时实现旅游产业结构的不 断优化。因此，如何对旅游产业进行优化调整是甘肃省旅游产业实现快速发展的 关键。 本文利用产业经济学、旅游经济学的理论和方法，首先界定了旅游产业结构 的涵义，明确了旅游产业的内部构成要素，其次以产业经济学和区域产业结构优 化理论为指导，利用定性、定量相结合的方法进行的实证研究，从旅游产业内部 结构和结构效益等方面对甘肃旅游产业结构的演化趋势和优化现状进以了全面 系统的分析。其中在研究甘肃省旅游产业部门结构效益时，运用了目前国内外常 用的结构评价方法即偏离一份额分析法(SSM)，对甘肃旅游产业结构的产业结构 效益进行了系统的分析。通过分析得出甘肃旅游产业还处于初级阶段，还不十分 成熟，无论其产业规模，还是其效益都还处于一个较低的水平。最后，根据以上 的分析，针对前面提出的甘肃省旅游业产业结构中所存在的问题，对甘肃省旅游 业的产业结构的优化发展提出了相关的建议措施。 关键词：甘肃省；旅游产业结构；定量分析 II Abstract With the modern social development and the improvement of living standards, the development of tourism is also more and more attended by people and tourism has been become the pillar industry in many countries and regions . In recent years, the development of tourism in GanSu province stepped up, tourism income is on the increase. However, the development of the tourism industry only lied on the tourism industry in the scale expansion is not realized high speed and high benefit, so we must realize the continuous optimization to the tourism industry structure . Therefore, how to optimize the adjustment of tourism industry is the key of tourism industry attention in gansu province.
