依据《中华人民共和国合同法》及其他有关法律法规的规定，甲乙双方在平等自愿的基础
上，就网络游戏代理的有关事宜达成如下协议。
In accordance with “Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China” and other relevant laws
and regulations, the Parties have, based on the principles of equality and willingness, entered into the
Contract concerning issues related to online game agency and agreed as follows:
第一条 合同标的
Article 1 Subject Matter
网络游戏：指由甲方开发完成的 网络版游戏软件 版本，包括但不限于
以各种形式、格式及媒介存在的源代码、数据库、文档、技术资料、图形、地图、形象、情节
等。网络游戏运营商可以通过互联网提供游戏内容，供最终用户在WINDOWS平台使用。如该软
件在本合同有效期限内更新、升级、修订的，更新、升级、修订等部分亦属于网络游戏的一部
分；如该软件在代理期限内更名的，不影响本合同的效力。
Online game: online game software version, including but not limited to source code,
database, documents, technical materials, graphs, images, and plots etc in any form, format and media.
The online game operator can provide the game through Internet to fi nal users in WINDOWS platform.
Any renewal, update, and revision of the software within term of validity of the Contract (if any) shall
also be part of the online game; the change of the software’s name within the term of agency will not
affect validity of the Contract.
