定语—状语—讲评 定语从句与状语从句 由关系副词引起的定语从句 关系副词how，when，where，why也能引起定语从句。其中how用来修饰表示方式的名词(way)；when用来修饰表示时间的名词(day, year, the time, decade等)；where用来修饰表示地点的名词(place, area等)；why用来修饰表示原因的名词 (reason等)。 由as引起的定语从句 as可用作关系代词或者副词引出定语从句，但它的固定搭配为 “such (或 the same)…as”。 2) as的一些用法。as可以作介词prep.，副词adv.和连接词conj.。当作介词，副词和连接词时，又分别有多种用法。 Prep. 1)---They entered the building dressed as cleaners. 2)---Treat me as a friend. ---I respected him as a writer and as a man. ---The redundancy notice came as a real shock. 3)---As her private secretary he has access to all her correspondence. ---As a child she was sent to six different schools.
