To illustrate the improvement effect , a new model considering a fractional-integral multiple ordering method was presented to extend the model proposed by Wω， Hsu , and Wu (200日， and a genetic algorithm was developed to resolve the rnodified rnodel. Finally a nurnerical study based on the exarnple used by W∞，日su ， and Wu was presented to illustrate that the proposed rnodel provided a lower or equal joint total relevant cost compared with W∞， Hsu , and Wus rnodel.
