中医杂志2007年第 48卷第 l2期 Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine，2007，Vo1．48，No．12 四神煎治疗膝骨关节炎急性期3 O例临床观察 潘 峥 周彩云 (o0国中医科学院西苑医院风湿免疫科，北京市海淀区西苑操场1号，100091) [摘 要] 目的 观察四神煎治疗膝骨关节炎急性期的临床疗效 方法 将6O例膝骨关节炎急性期患者随机分为治疗组与对照 组，每组各3O例 治疗组予以四神煎合用英太青(双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊)治疗，对照组单以英太青口服，疗程2周。治疗前后观察晨 僵、关节肿胀、关节发热、关节压痛4项症状、体征和血沉、c一反应蛋白。结果 治疗组的总有效率为96．66 ，对照组的总有效率为 73．33 ，两组比较差异具有显著性意义(PO．05)；治疗组在改善患者晨僵、关节肿胀、关节发热、关节压痛和降低c一反应蛋白方 面均优于对照组。 结论 四神煎治疗膝骨关节炎急性期疗效明显，是临床有效方剂。 [关键词] 膝骨关节炎；中西医结合疗法；四神煎 C!inieal Observation Oil 30 Cases of Acute Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint Treated by Sishen Jian PAN Zheng，Zhou Cai-yun (Xiyuan Hospital，China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences，BeOmg 100091) ABSTRACT Objective To observe the clinical effect of herbal decoction Sishen Jian on acute osteoarthritis of knee joint．Methods The 60 osteoarthritis cases in the attack stage were randomized into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)．The treatment group was given the decoction Sishen Jian and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules and the control group was given the capsules only．Two weeks made one course of treatment．Before and after treatment，the symptoms such as pain and morning stiff— ness，the signs including joint swelling and tenderness，and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C reactive protein were ob— served for comparison．Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 96．66 and 53．26 respec— tively．The difference of tWO groups was significant(PO．05)．In terms of relieving pain，morning stiffness。joint swelling and ten— derness，and decreasing the level of CRP，the effect of treatment group was superior to that of the control group．Concl usion The herbal decoction Sishen Jian is effective for acute osteoarthritis of knee joint， Key Words Osteoarthritis of knee joint；Therapy of integrated traditional and western medicine；Herbal decoction Sishen Jian 膝骨关节炎是风湿免疫系统常见病、多发
