Chinas average tariff on asean will fall from 9.8 per cent to 0.1 per cent, while the average tariff on China will fall from 12.8 per cent to 0.6 per cent. Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and myanmars four new asean members will implement zero tariffs on 90 per cent of Chinese products in 2015.
