常用传出神经系统药物对家兔血压和心率的影响 刘李，李景，熊林，韩凤平，赵虎 （成都医学院 临床2008级 九班） 【摘要】：目的：检测传出神经系统药物在临床中治疗休克时患者血压和心率的变化，评价药物对治疗各类休克的优缺点。方法：实验于2011-04-20在成都医学院实验技术中心完成。建立动物模型，家兔7只分为ABCD四组，称重、麻醉（戊巴比妥钠：2ml/kg）、固定、气管插管手术、颈动脉插管手术，并连接到BL-410系统。A组2只耳缘静脉注射肾上腺素（0.5ml/kg），B组2只耳缘静脉注射多巴胺（0.5ml/kg），C组2只耳缘静脉注射间羟胺（0.5ml/kg），D组做空白对照，耳缘静脉注射生理盐水（0.5ml/kg）。在BL-410系统中观测注射前后心率和血压的变化。结果：向家兔体内注入药物，同时空白对照组注入生理盐水，实验组的实验结果与对照组相比均存在显著差异，各组之间由于各种人为的和家兔本身的体质差异导致差异没有统计学意义。结论：在实验结果看来，各种药物对休克时血压和心率都有显著影响，但由于实验过程和实验本身的原因,各药间的效果差异尚无法下定论。 【关键词】：传出神经系统药物 血压 心率 肾上腺素 多巴胺 间羟胺 【Abstract】：Aim: Measuring the change of blood pressure and heart rate when the drugs of efferent nervous system work on the clinical treatment of patients with shock , and define the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment. Methods: Establish the animal models, and group seven rabbits into four groups- A, B, C, and D. Then weighing the rabbits, vein anesthesia (Pelltobarbitalum Natricum 2ml/kg), fixation, tracheal intubation, carotid intubation and connect it to the BL-410 system. Group A: AdrenaLInum injection from the auricular veins (0.5ml/kg). Group B: Dopamine injection from the auricular veins (0.5ml/kg). Group C: hydroxynorephedrine injection from the auricular veins (0.5ml/kg). Group D: The blank controller. Physiological saline injection from the auricular veins (0.5ml/kg). Result: After the establishing of animal model, inject dugs to rabbits immediately, there were significant differences of the experimental results of the experimental group compared with the control group, but due to various man-made differences and rabbits’ physical differences, results between the experimental groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion: Seeing from the results, different kinds of drugs has a significant impact on blood pressure and heart rate for shock, but as the reasons for the experiment and the experiment itself, differences between each drug could not be a conclusion.
