摘要 阿勒腾席热镇王府广场及周边区域改造设计充分利用郡王府周边的历史资源和条件，在保护规划基础上，最大限度地保留本地原有的自然资源和城市景观特色，拟以郡王府建筑群为核心，延承文脉，汲取和秉承当地民族文化，使现代与历史和谐相容，适当改善、合理建设各项商业和服务设施，满足经济发展的需要，创造一个环境优美、功能完善的环王府文化休闲街区。 总体布局围绕康阿一体化发展轴线和郡王府历史轴线形成的双向十字轴结构展开。以郡王府建筑为重心建立九宫格广场作为核心区，临接康阿发展轴。建筑群分别围绕广场核心区和康阿发展轴展开布置。用地上以各类商业、文化、广场用地为主，适当配套以停车场和公共绿地，形成混合用地布局。空间结构中，结合广场周边地形塑造出建筑群体空间轮廓线的北高南低，依次跌落的空间特征，丰富了整个地块内的建筑轮廓线，形成了多级的观景层次。 关键词 保护规划 文化休闲街区 历史轴线 广场核心区 Abstract The retrofit design of the Wangfu plaza and the surrounding area was made full use of the history resources and conditions of Jun Wang Fu surroundings, based on the protection plan, extremely reserves the original local natural resources and urban landscape features. And it was made Jun Wang Fu buildings as core and inherited by the spirit of Chinese culture in order to make modern and history harmonious, appropriately improve and build commercial service facilities and meet the needs of commercial development. Then a cultural and leisure community with beautiful environment and superior facilities will be created. The overall layout develops its Kang E integration as axis and extends with Two-way cross formed by history axis of Jun Wang Fu. It regards the buildings of Jun Wang Fu as central part to build Style Box plaza as central district, adjacent to Kang E developing axis. The group of buildings is arranged around square core area and Kang E developing axis separately. The land is mainly used for various commercial, cultural and plaza construction with appropriate depots and public lawn, which forms a mixture location layout. In space structure, it presents the effect of high in the north and low in the south of space contour line for group buildings, integrated the surrounding terrain of plaza, and what’s more, the successively falling-off visual feature of space enriches the building outline of the whole block, accordingly forms multistage view levels.
