In the Same year, one trading company in England established the first city on eastern seacoast in North America whose name was James, afterwards it became the Virginia colony . (2). national pluralism and cultural tendency As an immigration country which was founded in the new continent, the large quantities of immigrations’ entering had made great achievements to USS development. Simultaneously, it also caused US present plural characteristics at the race, national and the culture day by day. From the founding of the nation , according to its international immigration origin and the scale ,there had been about three immigrant high tides. 2.Movement of population and urbanization Urbanization is the inevitable result of national economic development, is the inevitable outcome of industrialization and is the manifestation of the population distribution in city and countryside.
