Project leader notes
The following terms are designed to better assist the project leader in the organizations work. These terms should be used in managing projects to help identify all the key issues.
I divided the whole project into 4 main stages:
The first stage is the time before the project is officially started
The second stage plan starts once the project team begins
Third stage execution / control once the project is officially started
The fourth phase is over and the work is done
I have tried to define some key issues at each stage. The contents of certain pages in this document are related to each other. These pages can be used to define and estimate the scope of the project, as well as to provide a list of process reports.
This document is designed to present a beginning of careful thinking, which should be considered as the logical starting point for each region. According to the specific features of each project, it should be faced with a new professional attitude every time. Every project should be treated with such an attitude.
