企业经济目标与社会责任目标的冲突与协调机制研究—以阿里巴巴为例.docVIP

毕业论文（设计）题 目： 系部名称： 经济管系 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年月摘 要 承担社会责任对于企业而言，是否满足成本与效益原则，是必须考虑的问题，在向市场经济转型的过程中，企业的逐利动机空前高涨，经济目标与社会责任目标之间既存在冲突，又能达到二者的协调一致。 本文运用了相关研究成果，借鉴国际国内企业绩效管理经验，进行了科学归总，又结合企业实例研究的方法，提出了企业社会责任的概念，企业经济目标和社会责任目标的冲突和协调等理念。论文阐述了企业经济目标和社会责任目标的协调机制及其意义。论文研究认为，企业只要规划得当，经济目标和责任目标是可以达到协调平衡发展的。经济目标与社会责任目标的协调是企业对正当利益的促进，它们既存在冲突，又能达到二者的协调一致。企业要从实然与应然的统一出发，化解冲突，树立正确的价值观。 关键字：企业社会责任 经济目标 协调和冲突机制 阿里巴巴 A Research on the mechanism of Conflict and Coordination of the Enterprise Economic Goals and Social Responsibility Goal Abstract That is a question which must be taken into consideration for enterprises,whether the profits exceed the costs when they assume social responsibilities. In the process of Market Economys transition,enterprises pursuits of profits upsurges unprecedently. Economic goals and social responsibility goals are not only conflicting but also coordinated. This article puts forward the concept of enterprises social responsibility and the notion of the conflict and the coordination between economic goals and social responsibility goals. The following methods are used to raise the above-mentioned concepts,drawing on the relevant research achievements, scientifically summarizing the experiences of performance management of domestic enterprises, researching with the examples of enterprises. The thesis elaborates the coordinated mechanism and its significance between economic goals and social responsibility goals. The thesis holds that as long as the enterprises plan properly economic goals and responsibility objectives can be developed coordinately and balanced. The coordination between economic goals and social responsibility goals contributes to the legitimate interests of enterprises,they are both conflicting and coordinated. The enterprises should resolve conflicts and build up correct values starting from the unity between to be and ought to be.
