摘 要 太原重工W35电铲挖掘机提升系统主要为铲斗进行矿山表面物的剥离和矿石的采装 作业提供提升力。该系统中减速器为关键部件之一，本文主要对减速器进行了以下几个 方面的设计。 1.减速器总体传动布局采用双电机输入的二级非展开式。双输入能够将两个电机的 功率传递至系统中，为矿山作业提供充足的动力。结合电铲实际安装空间的尺寸限定选 择非展开式的形式布局，减小了减速器宽度方向的总体尺寸，对优化电铲整机重量具有 实际参考意义； 2.对传动零件如齿轮、轴、滚动轴承、联轴器进行了较为精确的设计选择与校核，为进行装 配草图的设计做好准备； 3.对减速器结构及零件的设计改进使减速器效率提高、维护简单； 4.使用AUTOCAD绘制减速器装配图与零件图，为机器的设计、制造、装配、维护、 调试与检查提供了技术支持。 关键词： 双电机输入 非展开式 设计 校核 优化 Abstract Lifting system of W35 power shovel of Taiyuan Heavy Industry is mainly for Stripping ofthe surface ofthe mine andproviding the lifting forcefor themining ofthe ore.Thereducer is one of the key parts of the system.This paper mainly conductsthe following aspects of the design ofthereducer. 1.Speed reducer overall transmission layout uses the non-expandable two stage of the dual motor input.Dual input can transfer the power of the two motors to the system for providing sufficient power for mining operations.The actual installation space size of shovel determines the non-expandable type layout of the form,which decrease the overall size in the width direction ofthe shoveandisvery meaningful for optimizing the overallweight ofthe shove. 2.Conduct the precise design and check of the transmission parts such as gears, shaft, rolling bearings, couplings and prepare for the design of assembly sketches .The improvement ofthe structure and the parts of the reducer can improve the efficiency of the reducer, simplify the maintenance, savethe cost; 3.Drawing reducer assembly drawings and part drawings with AUTOCAD, which provides technical support for the design, manufacture, assembly, maintenance, debugging and inspection ofthemachine.
