精神分裂症患者亲属心理健康状况及应对方式关系【摘要】 目的 探讨精神分裂症患者亲属的心理健康状况和应对方式的相关性。方法 本研究采用单纯随机对照研究设计。将124例符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》的精神分裂症患者的亲属作为研究组，随机选取124例正常人的亲属为对照组。采用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90, SCL,90)和特质应对方式问卷(Trait coping style questionnaire, TCSQ)对两组进行测评。结果 研究组症状自评量表各因子分高于对照组；研究组应对方式问卷中，积极应付因子分低于对照组，消极应付因子分高于对照组；研究组症状自评量表的躯体化和敌对因子与积极应付因子呈显著负相关,强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子与消极应付因子呈显著正相关。结论 精神分裂症患者亲属多采用消极应付的方式,而较少采用积极应付的方式,其心理健康状况较差,且与应对方式密切相关 【关键词】 精神分裂症；亲属；心理健康状况；应对方式；相关性；随机对照研究 Relevance between mental health and coping styles of relatives with schizophrenia patient WANG Qi,zhu,CHENG Zhi,xiang.Mental Hospital of Yunan Province,Yunnan Province,Yunnan 650224,China 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relevance between mental health and coping styles of relatives with schizophrenia patient. Methods This study adopted simple randomized controlled design. 124 relatives whose parents with schizophrenia met the diagnostic criteria of mental disorders of China were taken as research group. 124 normal persons? relatives were taken as control group. All relatives of the two groups were tested by the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL,90), and Trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ). Results Compared the SCL,90 between the two groups, the research group got higher scores in each factor. In the Trait coping style questionnaire, the factor score of positive coping style of research group was lower, the factor score of negative coping style of research group was higher. There were negative correlations between somatization, hostility and positive coping style. There were positive correlations between obsessive,compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychoticism and negative coping style. Conclusion Relatives with schizophrenia patient have more mental health problems. Negative coping style is frequently used by relatives with schizophrenia patient.
