摘　　要 高炉冶炼过程中，从炉顶排出大量煤气，其中含有CO、H2、CH4、等可燃气体，可以作为燃料。但由于炉顶煤气中含有大量粉尘，不能直接使用，否则会堵塞管道。因此，高炉煤气必须除尘后才能作为燃料使用。 本设计采用干法布袋除尘。 高炉煤气除尘的干法与湿法相比， 不仅能合理利用煤气显热， 提高煤气热效率， 增加能量回收透平装置( 简称T R T ) 发电量， 而且系统基本不用水、 电， 有效降低了能源消耗 ，从根本上解决了二次水污染及污泥处理问题。 布袋除尘系统的工艺流程：高炉产生的高炉煤气，经重力除尘初除尘后的半净煤气，通过蝶阀、盲板阀、半净煤气管道，进入除尘器分配主管，送入袋式除尘器进行精除尘，除尘后的净煤气通过净煤气主管，经盲板阀、蝶阀送入净煤气总管，至调压阀组或TRT。净煤气经净煤气管网送到各用户。高炉灰通过卸、输灰装置送到高位料仓，处理后用汽车送到集灰场，待利用。 Abstract Blast furnace process, a large number of gas discharged from the furnace top, which contains CO, H2, CH4, and other combustible gases, can be used as fuel. However, in the furnace top gas contains a lot of dust, can not be used directly, otherwise it will plug the pipe. Therefore, after removal of blast furnace gas must be used as a fuel. Wet gas dust removal equipment is divided into two kinds of dust and dry dust.Blast furnace gas and dust in the dry than wet, was not only reasonable use of gas heat, increasing thermal efficiency of gas to increase the energy recovery turbine unit (referred to as TRT) generating capacity, and the system basically no water, electricity, reduce energy consumption, a fundamental solution to the problem of secondary pollution and sludge treatment.  Bag filter system process. Blast furnace gas generated by the early removal of gravity half net gas after dust removal, through butterfly valves, blind valves, half of net gas pipeline into the dust distribution of charge, into the bag filter for fine dust, dust the net after gas through the net gas charge, by the blind plate valve, butterfly valve into the net gas mains, to the regulators group, or TRT. Net net gas pipeline gas delivered by the user. High ash by dumping, ash transport device sent to the high hopper, treated gray market car sent to the collection, to be used.
