1 The Journey to a Journal 博士研究生讲座 单杰 遥感信息工程学院 2011.05.21 中华人民共和国学位条例 （1980年2月12日第五届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十三次会议通过根据2004年8月28日第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十一次会议《关于修改〈中华人民共和国学位条例〉的决定》修正） 　第六条　高等学校和科学研究机构的研究生，或具有研究生毕业同等学力的人员，通过博士学位的课程考试和论文答辩，成绩合格，达到下述学术水平者，授予博士学位： 　　（一）在本门学科上掌握坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专门知识； 　　（二）具有独立从事科学研究工作的能力； 　　（三）在科学或专门技术上做出创造性的成果。 2 我院对博士毕业学术论文的要求 1、发表学术论文的基本要求(需满足下列条件之一) (1) 在国际主要学术期刊或国内一级学会的一级学报(如测绘学报、遥感学报、地理学报、电子学报、计算机学报等)上发表1篇与博士学位论文相关的学术论文。 (2) 在“985工程”或“211工程”大学的学报上发表2篇内容不重复、并与博士学位论文相关的学术论文，其中至少有1篇在申请答辩时已被刊出。 2、对不能正式刊出的学术论文，须出具正式录用函和相关证明材料。 3 我院对博士毕业学术论文的要求 （续） 3、必须以第一作者发表；如果指导教师是第一作者，博士生是第二作者，亦视为该生为第一作者。作者单位应署为“武汉大学遥感信息工程学院”。 4、鼓励博士生参加各类学术会议，从事学术交流活动。 5、本规定自2013年起施行，解释权归学院学位评定分委员会。 4 5 Outline How to write a journal paper ?
