不同喂养方式对婴儿健康影响【中图分类号】R174+.2 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1003-8183-（2011)09-0037-02 【摘要】目的：探讨母乳喂养与人工喂养对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法：对桃江县城关镇出生体重2500～4000g的足月婴儿303例，其中母乳喂养儿168例，人工喂养儿135例，6mo龄时，用Gesell量表测量发育商。结果：两组在婴儿体重、身高数值上母乳喂养组显著高于人工喂养组P＜0.01；患病情况母乳喂养组22.2%（34/168），低于人工喂养组57.8%（78/135）P＜0.01（u=8.055）；心理发育正常人数母乳喂养组为88.7%（149/168）高于人工喂养组76.3%（103/135）P＜0.01（u=2.990）。结论：母乳是最理想的天然食品，母乳中的免疫物质是婴儿6mo内抗疾病的重要因素；母子交流是婴儿心理发展的首要条件 【关键词】婴儿；母乳喂养；生长发育 Influence of Breast Feeding and Artificial Feeding on Health in Infants WuYongzhong 【Abstract】Objective：To explore the influence of breast feeding and artificial feeding on growth and development of infants. Methods： 303 full-term newborn infants born in Taojiang county towns， weighting between 2.5kg and 4.0kg， had 168 cases of breast feeding and 135 of artificial feeding. Development quotients of them aged 6 months were measured using Gesell scale. Results ：The body weight and body height in breast feeding group were significantly higher than those in artificial feeding group， P＜0.01； However， prevalence of 22.2% 34/168) in breast feeding group was obviously lower than that of 57.8% (78/137) in artificial feeding group， P＜0.01 (u=8.055)； The number of people with normal mental development in breast feeding group was 88.7% (149/168)， which had significant difference as compared to 76.3% (103/135) in artificial feeding group， P＜0.01 (u=2.990). Conclusion ：Breast milk is an ideal natural food， in which immune substance is an important factor against disease within 6 months； Direct rooming-in is parameter clause of mental development in infants. 【Key words】 Infants；Breast feeding； Growth and development 为了进一步了解母乳喂养的好处，我科对本镇就诊的6mo龄婴儿按心理-行为-智能-体格发育等社会医学的健康模式进行研究，了解婴儿不同的喂养方式对健康的影响 1对象和方法 1.1 对象：2007～2008年出生的并满6mo的婴儿303例，均为本镇常住户口，足月儿，出生体重2500～4000g。其中母乳喂养儿168例（男87例，女81例）；人工喂养儿135例（男71例，女64例），根据其喂养方式分成母乳喂养组和人工喂养组进行研究。两组婴儿在孕次、出生体重、有无新生儿疾病、母亲文化程度与家庭经济条件等基本情况比较无显著性差异P＞0.05 1.2 诊断标准：喂养方式：母乳喂养包括纯母乳喂养和部分母乳喂养。人工喂养指由于各种原因使母亲不能亲自哺喂小于6mo的婴儿，而采用动物乳或其他代乳品哺喂
