M ethods X - ray representations of pr mi ary reticu ocytic sa rcom a of bone in 11 cases proved by operations and patho og ies in com b ina tion w ith c in ica man ifestations w e re ana yzed . Results The tum o rs ocated in tubu a r bone w ere 5 cases ( 4 5% ) , in vertebra, in costa and pe v is w ere 2 cases respectiv e y. T he m a in X - ray sign w as osteo ytic es ion. T he so ft tissue m asses w ere seen in 7 cases and pa tho og ic fracture in 1 case, on y 2 cases appea red ight y periostea reaction. Conclusion W hen the osteo ytic esions in company w ith soft tissue m ass are show ed on X - ray f im s, but the c in ica sym ptom s of the d isease a re not as seriou s as those of othe rm a- ignant bone tum ors, the bone re ticu ocy tic sarcom a shou d be cons idered, and the f ina d iagno sis of the disease desponds on patho og ic re- su t.
