安徽中澳科技职业学院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 无形资产评估中存在的问题与对策 院 系： 管理系 班 级： 2013级会计电算化一班 学生姓名： 李珍珍 指导教师： 陈菁 成 绩： 二0一五年 六月 二十三日 无形资产评估中存在的问题与对策 摘 要 随着无形资产在企业发展中重要性的增强，无形资产的交易日益活跃，无形资产能够为企业带来超额利润，往往决定着企业在市场竞争中的胜负，甚至决定着企业的命运。因此，随着改革开放的深化，国家，企业和个人都应充分意识到无形资产的重要性。但是无形资产评估在我国也存在着众多问题，其中既有无形资产的发展不完善所带来的问题，也有在评估过程中一些方法操作不当所带来的问题。为了有效发挥资产评估的巨大作用，本文指出了无形资产评估中存在的问题，并针对这些问题给出了相关对策。 关键词：无形资产；无形资产评估；对策 Problems and Countermeasures in the evaluation of intangible assets Abstract With intangible assets in the enterprise development in the importance of strengthening, intangible assets transactions has become increasingly active the intangible asset can bring extra profits to the company, often determines the enterprise in market competition victory and defeat, and even determines the fate of the enterprise.
