东营市中小学教师幸福感现状调查与研究

摘 要 教师的职业幸福感,既是教师工作生活中的主要内容,更关系到学生的成长和发展, 同时也是从某一方面衡量教师工作和生活质量的重要指标。通过对本课题的关注,在提高 教师工作生活质量的同时,也提高了教学质量。本研究随机选取了东营市内以及周边乡镇 的 18 所约 450 名中小学教师作为研究对象,主要采用调查法,辅之以文献法和访谈法, 对中小学教师职业幸福感的现状、影响因素等问题进行研究,基于此提出提高教师职业幸 福感的建议。 本研究包括五个部分: 第一部分阐述了本课题研究的背景以及意义和思路 第二部分基于国内中小学教师幸福感的现状,对东营市的中小学教师进行了关于幸福 感的问卷调查和访谈。 第三部分是对本次调查结果的一个总体分析。 第四部分是在以上分析的基础上,从各个方面找出影响东营市中小学教师幸福感的因 素。 第五部分是对增强中小学教师职业幸福感而分别从个人、学校以及社会三个方面提出 的一些思考与建议。 关键词:中小学教师职业幸福感影响因素 1 万方数据 Abstract Division of professional happiness, is not only the main content in the teachers work life, more related to the growth and development of students, but also from one of the important indices for evaluating teachers work and life quality.
