At present, with the development of the society, people have realized the intelligent transportation system is the best way to solve the traffic congestion, and vehicle navigation system as an important part of intelligent transportation system, is the key. This paper around the city line efficiently, the essay discusses the strategies of navigation, vehicle navigation and positioning system are introduced and dynamic path planning research present situation, dynamic path planning scheme design, based on the navigation of the multi-user dynamic path planning is the full text summarized at last. In this paper, based on the characteristics of user navigation dynamic path planning, navigation illuminates the multi-user dynamic path planning method, namely through appropriate algorithm constructs the navigation path table and periodically updated, when the vehicle decided before departure, users can through this list of relevant information to determine the best path for driving, and the table again, after a certain time interval to determine the new driving paths to realize dynamic path planning.
