This paper is com­ posed of four chapters. In the first chapter, we mainly introduce some background. In the second chapter, under the condition that every principal left (or right) ideal is a quasi-ideal, we main studied the strongly regularity of GP-V-rings(or GP-V-rings). We got the results as follows(1) R is strongly regular if and only if R is a left(or right) GP-V-ring and every principal left (or right) ideal of R is a quasi-ideal, if and only if R is a left(or right) GP-V[ring whose every idempotent element is central and every principal left (or right) ideal of R is a quasi-ideal. (2)If every principal left (or right) ideal of R is a quasi-ideal, R is strongly regular if and only if R is left weakly regular, if and only if R is right weakly regular, if and only if R is generalized regular.
