Chinas rare earth resources account for 23% of the worlds total rare earth, took on more than 90% of the global supply of rare earth products, to meet the urgent need for the development of high-tech industries of other countries. However, the rapid development of rare earth industry along with the waste of resources, environmental degradation, and high-end applications lag issues. According to the findings of the 2009 the Ministry of Land and Resources of the content of the rare earth resources, Chinas rare earth reserves have decreased to 18.591 million tons, far lower than other countries in the survey data released. As the worlds largest rare earth production and supply country, C
