摘要 摘要 行刑时效制度作为时效制度的一项重要内容，许多国家和地区都已经建立， 说明其具有一定的立法价值。但我国一直未建立行刑时效制度，而且有关行刑 时效的研究也相对少，且主要集中在对主刑行刑时效的研究上，对于附加刑行 刑时效的研究基本处于空白。本文力求通过对附加刑行刑时效制度的国内外立 法现状进行研究，对构建中国附加刑行刑时效制度的障碍进行分析，对如何设 立附加刑行刑时效制度进行探索，并在此基础上阐述自己的想法，为构建中国 附加刑行刑时效制度提供一些建设性的意见。 关键词：附加刑；行刑时效；制度；立法建议 II 万方数据 Abstract ABSTRACT The execution limitation system as a penalty limitation system content, many countries have passed legislation to recognize its value, but in our country it hasnt established the execution limitation system.
