银杏达莫联合稳心汤治疗老年性不稳定型心绞痛疗效 　　摘 要 目的：探讨银杏达莫注射液联合稳心汤治疗老年性不稳定型心绞痛效果。方法：选取75例老年性不稳定型心绞痛患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组38例予以银杏达莫注射液+稳心汤治疗，对照组37例给予银杏达莫注射液治疗，比较两组疗效、心功能各指标、不良反应发生率、生活质量（QOL）评分。结果：观察组治疗总有效率及心功能各指标、QOL评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：银杏达莫注射液联合稳心汤治疗老年性不稳定型心绞痛，疗效显著、安全性高，可改善心功能及生活质量 关键词 银杏达莫注射液 稳心汤 老年性不稳定型心绞痛 心功能 生活质量 中图分类号：R289.5； R259 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）09-0024-04 Effect of ginkgo-damole for injection combined with Wenxintang in the treatment of senile unstable angina pectoris SONG Fangfang* （Department of Cardiology， The First Chinese Medicine Hospital of Luoyang City， Luoyang 471000， China） ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of ginkgo-damole for injection combined with Wenxintang in the treatment of senile unstable angina pectoris. Methods： Seventy-five cases of patients with senile unstable angina pectoris were selected and divided into an observation group （38 cases， treated with ginkgo-damole for injection plus Wenxintang） and a control group （37 cases， treated with only ginkgo-damole for injection） based on a method of random number table. The curative effect， cardiac function indexes， incidence of adverse drug reactions and the scores of quality of life （QOL） were compared between the two groups. Results： Total efficiency， cardiac function indexes， QOL scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Ginkgo-damole for infection combined with Wenxintang in treatment of senile unstable angina pectoris possesses a significant effect and higher safety and can improve cardiac function and quality of life. KEy WORDS ginkgo-damole for injection； Wenxintang； senile unstable angina pectoris； cardiac function； quality of life 不稳定型心绞痛（unstable angina pectoris，UAP）为临床常见心血管疾病类型，介于急性心肌梗死与稳定型心绞痛之间，具有疼痛程度重、持续时间长等特点，且患者病发后多有进行性恶化的趋势，若未及时治疗极有可能进展为急性心肌梗死[1-2]。早期给予积极有效干预，可有效扩张血管，降低血黏度，改善血循环，降低心力衰竭及心肌梗死发生率[3]。银杏达莫注射液由双嘧达莫及银杏黄酮苷组成，可抑制血小板聚集及血栓形成，改善血黏度，扩张冠脉血管及脑血管，提高冠脉流量，进而改善患者心绞痛等症状。有学者指出痰浊血瘀为其主要之病因，采用化痰通络中药汤剂治疗效果更佳
