系 别学 号 四川警察学院 毕业论文 论文作者：宁 静 指导教师专业提交日期 四川警察学院 毕业论文 城市社区邻里关系状况调查 ——以泸州市为例 年 级 2010 级 姓 名 宁 静 专 业 社 会 学 指导老师 杨 坤 成文日期 2014年4月6日 摘 要 本文使用问卷调查法对泸州市若干社区居民进行邻里关系状况调查，了解社区居民对目前邻里关系的认知及其态度，分析影响现代城市社区邻里关系和谐的原因，为改善城市社区邻里关系提出针对性对策。笔者认为：影响城市社区邻里关系和谐的原因主要有：1、社会的不断进步和经济的快速发展拉开了人们生活的差距，影响社区邻里关系和谐；2、社会发展导致人们的思维、心理和价值观发生改变，邻里意识淡薄；3、社区公共设施不完备，组织活动不丰富；4、社区管理体制不完善，住户流动性较大。构建和谐邻里关系的对策主要有：1、社区居民要增强邻里交往的意识，正确处理邻里关系；2、社区要加强公共环境建设为居民交往提供合适的场所；3、社区要举办丰富有趣的活动为居民交往创造机会；4、社区要完善住户管理体制，增加社区居民的归属感和安全感。 关键词：城市社区 邻里关系 原因 对策 Investigation of community neighborhood in City ——Taking Luzhou city as an example Abstract This paper uses the questionnaire survey to the residents of community survey of Luzhou, to understand the community residents to the cognition and attitude of the neighborhood relationship and analysis the factors of influencing the harmonious relationship of modern city neighborhood. In order to improve the city neighborhood relationship, puts forward countermeasures. The author thinks that: Cause and effect relationship and harmonious city neighborhood is:1、The rapid development of social progress and economic gap opened peoples life and effected our neighborhood relationship；2Social development has led to peoples thinking, psychology and sense of values is changed, the neighborhood awareness；3Community public facilities is not perfect, activities of the organization is not rich；4Community management system is not perfect, residents greater mobility. Countermeasures to construct harmonious neighborhood relations is:1.Community residents to enhance the neighborhood communication consciousness, correctly handle the neighborhood relationship；2.The community should strengthen public environment construction to provide communication suitable place for the residents；3.The community to hold rich and interesting activities for residents opportunities；4.To perfect the management system of community residents, increase the sense of belonging and a sense of security
