The subjects of this study are 55 third-year non-English majors of Class Tent of Zhangzhou Teachers’ College. Each of them ethods and strategies for teachers to enhance students’ motivation, such as, applying meta- cognitive strategies, using municative method in their teaching, improving teaching methods, cultivating the students’ autonomous learning ability. It’s hoped that the present study aking English teaching and learning more effective and efficient .
