CARB轴承的结构、性能及其研发 摘 要 瑞典SKF公司近年研制推出并获得专利的紧凑式调心滚子轴承CARB(亦称为圆环滚子轴承，英文全称为Compact Aligning Roller Bearing)，是一种集三类轴承优点于一体的全新轴承，是50多年来在轴承技术方面最重要的突破。 CARB轴承包括了三种现有类型滚动轴承的主要性能：(1)像球面滚子轴承一样可以自动调心；(2)像短圆柱滚子轴承一样允许轴向位移；(3)像滚针轴承一样结构紧凑。使用CARB轴承，可以缩小机器的尺寸、减轻重量及降低制造成本，它能使机器的可靠性增加、维修费用降低以及性能提高。 由于CARB轴承类似于调心滚子轴承，所以本课题设计思路主要参考调心滚子的设计方法，根据CARB轴承的结构特点及应用场合，并结合SKF的技术标准进行设计。本课题主要对C6915轴承进行尺寸设计、密封圈设计、套圈及滚子的制造工艺、内圈的力学分析等方面的研究，尽量得到比较详细完整的设计。第二章是本课题最重要的一部分，并且完成了C6915轴承的图纸绘制。我所做的是为CARB轴承在实际应用中可能出现的问题提供可能的技术支撑及解决方案。 关键词：CARB轴承，轴承设计，密封圈设计，制造工艺，力学分析 THE STRUCTURE PERFORMANCCE AND ITS RESEARCH ON CARB BEARING ABSTARCT The Swedish SKF company has developed and introduced the compact and patented self-aligning roller bearings CARB (also known as toroidal roller bearings, the English full name：Compact Aligning Roller Bearing) in the recent years, which is one of the new bearings and consist of a set of three types of benefits , and its the most important breakthrough of bearing technology in the recent 50 years . CARB bearings include three main properties of the existing types bearings (1) the same as for spherical roller bearings, self-aligning; (2) as the short cylindrical roller bearings to allow axial displacement; (3) as the compact needle roller bearing . Using CARB bearings can reduce the size of machine, and reduce the weight and lower manufacturing costs, which enables the machine to increase the reliability, reduce maintenance costs and improve its performance. As the CARB bearing is similar to spherical roller bearings, so this project mainly makes use of the design method of spherical roller bearings. According to the structural features and the applications of CARB bearing, this subject is main to do research on C6915 bearings design, Seal Design, the rings and the rollers’ manufacturing process and the inner ring’s mechanical analysis, and try to obtain more detailed and complete design. The second chapter is the most important part of this project, and the C6915 bearing
