铝镁加混悬液抗消化性溃疡的作用 夏炳涛 陈璞莹（包钢三医院消化内科，包头，014010） [摘要]目的：探讨铝镁加混悬液在消化性溃疡中的作用。方法：将128例确诊为幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为实验组70例，对照组58例。对照组给予泮托拉唑钠等综合治疗，实验组在对照组综合治疗的基础上加服铝镁加混悬液（1.5g/次，3次/d）连用4周。2周后和4周后，观察镜下治愈率。结果：实验组第2天腹痛改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P 0.05）。但是第4天和第7天后没有显著性差异。胃镜复查结果显示实验组2周后的愈合率显著高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：通过服用铝镁加混悬液后实验组的愈合时间明显短于对照组，能迅速缓解病人的病情，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词]铝镁加；泮托拉唑；消化性溃疡 [中图分类号]R573.1 The Effect of Almagate Suspension on Peptic Ulcer XIA Bing-tao,CHEN Pu-ying (The Third Worker’s Hospital of Baotou Iron and Steel Group of Inner Mongolia, Baotou 014010, China) Abstract Objective:To investigate the role Almagate suspension in peptic ulcer.Methods:128 Patients diagnosed with Hp-positive peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into experimental group (70 cases), 58 cases of the control group. Pantoprazole sodium treatment given to the control group, the experimental group added to Almagate suspension( 1.5g ,3 times per day )for 4 weeks on the basis of the comprehensive treatment of the control group .The endoscopic cure was observed after 2 and 4 weeks. Results: The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the second day,and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). But after the fourth day and the seventh day, there was no significant difference. Gastroendoscopy results showed that the experimental group rate of healing after two weeks was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Aluminum-magnesium plus suspension healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group, and it could quickly relieve the patients feel,being worthy of clinical application.
