物权变动比较研究 　　摘要： 意思主义的物权变动可以使契约简化，形式主义的物权变动可以使物权变动关系更加明确和具体，折中主义的物权变动是集前两者的优点于一体的。本文首先对国外物权变动的规定进行综述，对比分析出各自的优缺点。最后对我国物权变动模式进行了界定。 　　Abstract： The change of the real right of the meaning doctrine can simplify the contract， and the change of the real right of the formalism can make the relation of the real right change more explicit and concrete. Firstly， this article summarizes the provisions of foreign real right change， and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each.
