我国实体书店的营销现状与发展对策探析摘要：进入21 世纪，随着电子书和网络书店的异军突起，国内的实体书店遇到巨大的生存困境，同时现在国人阅读习惯的改变与缺失，实体书店呈现越来越衰落的局面。本文重点研究总结了实体书店发展的历史和现状，通过分析电子书、网络书店的特点以及国民阅读的情况，总结了我国实体书店的生存困境，从各个方面分析了实体书店的优劣势，比如成本、阅读体验等。最后重点阐述了了实体书店存在和发展的意义及其优势，主要体现在经济、文化和教育三个层面。最后从内外两方面阐述了我国实体书店在今后发展过程中应采取的经营策略。关键词：实体书店经营策略全民阅读AbstractWith the development of information technology, especially the riseofe-books and online bookstore, the entity bookstore has received the unprecedented impact, combined with todays society readers reading habits change and lack of entity bookstore generally presents the decline of the situation. Finally to the entity bookstore the development paths election and the external development environment of entity bookstoreasthebreakthroughpoint,elaboratedourcountryfromtwoaspectsofinsideandoutsidetheentitybookstoreshouldbetakenintheprocessofdevelopmentinthefuture business sstrategy.Keywords: Physical Book shops Operating Strategy Research Nation Wide Reading我国实体书店的生存现状1.1 我国实体店生存面临的困境据相关资料显示，我国实体书店在2007到2014年期间，大约减少1.5万家、全国2011年上半年停业的中小型书店在1.2万家以上、中华全国工商联合会书业商会在一份调查中指出在过去10年里，有近五成的民营书店倒闭，而倒闭趋势还在加剧。据四川的相关媒体对民营书店的调查显示，2010年成都市域内出版物经营单位总数为1777家.2009年为1905家一年内民营书店的数量就减少了5%。当前在实体书店的发展中，还出现这样一种现象，越来越多的实体书店逐渐成为网络书店的样品间，人们从实体书店寻找自己需要的书、记录下书目名称、作者、出版社等信息，之后在网络书店进行购买，直接影响实体书店的销售业绩。新世纪到来的头几天间，电子商务异军突起，网上销售非常火爆，这是因为在网络的时代下，使用电子的方式越来越普及，成为了新的时代特征。而且电子商务这一新鲜的形式不断发展，传统的书店已经无法有效的生存下去，这其中有很多陷入了经济问题之中。由于当当、卓越发展迅猛，传统的实体书店已经无法与其抗衡，在新的文化冲击之下，我们的阅读方式、阅读时间都发生翻天覆地的变化，
