This system has functions as followed. Heat treatment technology expert system ，which realize the computer aided design for heat treatment technology with the function of numerical simu- lation to optimize the technology. Heat treatment process control system ，realize the high precision during the course of heat treatment. Record of eguipment and device maintenance system ，realize the management for all the recorders of e- guipment and device and accessories. Major hardware characteristics and realization style of each module were discussed in detail. Through operation test ，the system achieved the design reguirements.
